INTERURBAN City Express Establish October 15, 1986
Interurban Restaurants began in 1976 when the Founders opened in Norman’s “Interurban” Trolley Station.
Interurban City Express, independantly owned and operated, opened its doors on October 15, 1986. We have a casual and fun atmosphere featuring a wide variety of menu items catering to families, busy business professionals, and downtown living of all ages.
We are located in the heart of downtown Oklahoma City's business district in the historic First City Place high-rise office building. We are nestled three blocks north of the Ford Center, two blocks south from the Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum, one block east of the new Ronald J. Norrick Downtown Library and one block west of the newly renovated historic Skirvin Hilton Hotel.
Our commitment to our customers back in 1976 is the same today: Good, fresh, quality food; reasonable prices; friendly and attentive service in a clean and casual surroundings. All of our menu items, including our soups and sauces are prepared fresh daily; we use 100% lean ground chuck; we fry in 100% vegetable oil and offer a variety of “heart healthy” items.
We are open weekdays from 11:00 am - 8:00 pm.
Kitchen open until 6:30 pm.
Come join us for daily lunch specials and after work cocktails!
